A free presentation of our award-winning documentary Honor In the Air at 2:00 pm at the Marathon County Historical Museum, 410 McIndoe Street, Wausau, WI 54403. Pamela Alwin Fullerton and I will talk about the film's production and answer questions.

Honor In the Air is a story of inspiration, dedication, valor and love, following the life of one soldier while recognizing an entire generation. Captain Scott Alwin served five tours of duty as a helicopter pilot with the Army's 68th assault Helicopter Company during the Vietnam War. He earned a record 136 Air Medals, Bronze Stars, Silver Star, Vietnam Republic Medals and the Distinguished Flying Cross, but more importantly, he earned the respect of the men he served with and the love of a Vietnamese woman who became his wife. He was also a preacher's kid from Wisconsin with 15 siblings and a dedication to make the world a better place. This film will appeal to Veterans, aircraft aficionados, history buffs and romantics. Captain Alwin's widow and daughter live in the Chicago area and his son, also a distinguished Army Veteran, lives in Milwaukee, and most of his remaining siblings still live in Wisconsin. We would be thrilled to have our film shown in Beloit so it could be attended by his children, wife and remaining siblings.
