My Memoir, Life In the Shadows- A. Story of Resilience will be out on July 6,2023.

Mental Illness the Silent Stigma . Why is that? My book examines the societal and psychological impact on a family whose father is diagnosed a paranoid schizophrenic. The book sheds light on how a family feels unable to speak openly about mental health challenges, while also highlighting resilience and joy that can be found in life.
