Terri is an accomplished coach, speaker, and trainer with more than 25 years of experience. She founded Inspired Training Institute, Inc., in 2003 as a platform to support her passion for training and organizational development.
In 2020, Terri added published author to her professional portfolio with the release of her first book, Is This a Lousy Job or Is It Me?: A Real-Life Guide for Achieving Success at Work. Terri began the work that led to this book as a way to better understand how to help people who struggle with difficult coworkers, meaningless work, and lousy work situations. She launched an informal analysis into what allowed some people to move gracefully through all of those obstacles to find fulfillment and success while others rebelled, shrank, or got stuck. Over the course of 14 years of observation, inquiry, study, and writing, a fascinating pattern of character development became clear. Is This a Lousy Job or Is It Me? introduces a compelling model about the seven stages of character development at work, and it empowers readers to employ the natural sequence of those stages to achieve more fulfillment from their work and greater success at work. The model, known as the BY FABLE model, has served as a valuable framework for Terri’s work coaching clients.
