Bio
Jim Guhl began writing as a member of the Pen and Think Writers Group in Hudson. He got a taste of success as a two-time winner of the WWA Jade Ring Prize for short fiction. In 2015 Jim set his sights on long fiction. His debut novel, "Eleven Miles to Oshkosh," was published in 2018 by University of Wisconsin Press. His second novel, "South of Luck" was published by the same press in 2021. Each novel won a Midwest Book Award for its genre.
