The Wisconsin Fellowship of Poets announces its annual Poetry Chapbook Contest. The contest is open to any Wisconsin writer who has published a chapbook during 2018. First prize is $200, second prize $100. The contest deadline is Feb., 1 2019. The judge is Caroline Johnson of Illinois.
