Covid Policy 

The pandemic continues to be a fluid situation, and at this time remains a concern for most gatherings.
Recognizing that, attendees will want to note the points below to mitigate exposure.

  • Hand sanitizers will be available for your use at all entry/exit points.
  • Masks are not required, but encouraged as an extra precaution with respect for personal choice.
  • As a crowd is expected, social distancing may be a challenge at times. However, if of concern to you, do wear a mask.
  •  If you are not vaccinated, please consider virtual attendance.
  • If exposed to COVID in the days leading up to the event, a self-test is recommended. Should you not wish to test, please opt for virtual attendance.

Purchase Exhibit Space

For an additional fee, individuals registered for the 2022 WWA Fall Conference will have an opportunity to sign up for a vendor space to show and sell their books. All tables are six feet in length. Participants may register for either half a table or a whole table. We ask that you carefully consider your needs before selection, as the number of tables is limited. No free standing displays will be allowed at this event. All tables will be covered with tablecloths.

Registration will take place on a first-come, first-served basis.
